We’ll inspect your bracelet to make sure the chain is still in good, reusable condition before re-welding.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003ePlease note:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRe-welds are $25 per bracelet after the 30-day weld guarantee period.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf your bracelet is within the 30-day guarantee period and is eligible for a complimentary re-weld, your $25 re-weld fee will be refunded at the time of your appointment.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRe-welding is complimentary when the weld has failed within the 30-day guarantee period and the chain is in suitable condition.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe $25 re-weld fee does not include replacement chain or jewelry.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf the chain is stretched, damaged, or unable to be safely re-welded, a replacement bracelet may be purchased at the current retail price.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe can re-weld permanent jewelry purchased from another jeweler or vendor; however, we cannot provide a warranty or guarantee on jewelry purchased elsewhere.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLost jewelry is not eligible for re-welding.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlease bring your bracelet or any remaining pieces with you to your appointment.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eProof of purchase may be required.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you’re unsure whether your bracelet qualifies, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help.
