A permanent jewelry welding experience.
Appointments are encouraged. While we cannot guarantee welding without an appointment, we can often accommodate walk-ins. You can always try your luck! Just ask one of our team members.

How does it work?
Choose from our curated collection of 14k gold chains. Once you have chosen your chain you will have the option to add an intention stone choosing from our collection of natural precious gemstones each with their own meaning. We will then measure the chosen chain to fit perfectly to your wrist. From there we will weld your chain shut with a simple zap.

What about anklets or necklaces?
We do not offer permanent anklets or necklaces. After extensive testing, we found that necklaces, chokers, and anklets aren't ideal for welding. We want to provide you with only the options that will truly stand the test of time and wear beautifully! (Clasp options available)
My friend and I both want one. Should I book one appointment or two?
Please book individual appointments back to back. Each appointment allows for 15 mins.
How much does it cost?
The welding experience itself is free! You will only pay for the chain and charms themselves.
We require a $50 deposit to book your appointment which will then be applied to chain cost.
Chains range from $20-$298 (14k gold)
Charms range from $20-$220 (14k gold)
What if I need to remove the bracelet? Can I have it reattached later?
Yes! If you need to remove the bracelet for any reason, we recommend carefully cutting it at the welded spot with scissors, and if you wish to have it welded back on at a later date we can certainly do that for a small welding fee. ($25+tax)
I would like to host a private permanent jewelry party. How to I book a private party?
We are happy to help! Groups of 8 or more can set up a private party for after store hours. Visit us HERE

We require guests to be at least 8 years of age for our permanent jewelry experience. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
This policy is in place to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
*We don't recommend this process if you have ever had an allergic reaction to 14k gold.
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure appt. The deposit amount will be applied to your total price at check out. All sales are final.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Most all of our pieces are handmade to order in small batches in our studio located in Upper Arlington, OH. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days for production plus shipping time. We will certainly try our very best to ship ASAP.

We ship all items out standard shipping via USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.

The Bohindi warranty is only eligible for purchases made directly from our store locations and our website. Items purchases from any resellers must be handled directly through that third-party.

If any repairable damage or breakage occurs, we offer a two year warranty from the date of purchase to take care of your product. If you purchased your designer piece from us, we’re happy to help! We work in partnership with our designers to stand by the quality of your jewelry. We offer a 2 year warranty to take care of your item if any breakage or damage occurs. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Permanent Jewelry Care
We want you to love your permanent jewelry and enjoy it for as long as possible. Please understand that permanent jewelry is not indestructible. “Permanent” refers to the way the jewelry is designed to be worn continuously without a traditional clasp, it does not mean that the chain cannot break or become damaged.
Your bracelet is delicate jewelry and can be affected by everyday activities. Pulling, snagging, catching the bracelet on clothing or objects, stretching, excessive force, or repeated tension can cause the chain to stretch, weaken, or break. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, it still requires reasonable care.
Our 30-Day Weld Guarantee:

Your permanent jewelry is covered by a 30-day guarantee on the weld from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

Within the 30-day guarantee period, we will assess the jewelry to determine whether the weld has failed and whether the original chain is in suitable condition for re-welding.

If the weld has failed and the chain is still in good, reusable condition, we will re-weld it at no charge.

The guarantee does not cover chain damage caused by pulling, snagging, stretching, excessive force, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

If the chain itself is stretched or damaged beyond repair, a complimentary replacement is not guaranteed.

After the 30-day guarantee period, re-welding may be available for a service fee of $25 if the chain is in suitable condition.

If the chain is damaged beyond repair or a replacement is desired, a new bracelet may be purchased at the current retail price.

Lost jewelry is not covered under our guarantee.

Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide complimentary warranty service.
Please note: Permanent jewelry is intended to be durable and worn every day, but it is not indestructible. The chain is designed to have a breaking point so that it can release if it becomes caught or pulled, which can help prevent injury. We encourage you to treat your permanent jewelry with the same care you would give any fine jewelry.
By purchasing permanent jewelry from Bohindi, you acknowledge that you understand the jewelry is not indestructible and that breakage or damage resulting from normal wear, stretching, snagging, pulling, or accidental force is not considered a warranty issue.
