Permanent Jewelry Re-Weld Appointment
Has your Bohindi permanent bracelet broken or come undone? We’re happy to help get you reconnected.
This appointment is for permanent jewelry originally purchased at Bohindi that needs to be re-welded. We’ll inspect your bracelet to make sure the chain is still in good, reusable condition before re-welding.
Please note:
- Re-welds are $25 per bracelet after the 30-day weld guarantee period.
- If your bracelet is within the 30-day guarantee period and is eligible for a complimentary re-weld, your $25 re-weld fee will be refunded at the time of your appointment.
- Re-welding is complimentary when the weld has failed within the 30-day guarantee period and the chain is in suitable condition.
- The $25 re-weld fee does not include replacement chain or jewelry.
- If the chain is stretched, damaged, or unable to be safely re-welded, a replacement bracelet may be purchased at the current retail price.
- We can re-weld permanent jewelry purchased from another jeweler or vendor; however, we cannot provide a warranty or guarantee on jewelry purchased elsewhere.
- Lost jewelry is not eligible for re-welding.
- Please bring your bracelet or any remaining pieces with you to your appointment.
- Proof of purchase may be required.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Most all of our pieces are handmade to order in small batches in our studio located in Upper Arlington, OH. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days for production plus shipping time. We will certainly try our very best to ship ASAP.

We ship all items out standard shipping via USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.

Bohindi Jewelry Care & Warranty
We want you to love your Bohindi jewelry and enjoy it for years to come. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with intention using natural gemstones and quality materials. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, it is not indestructible and should be treated with care.
Our One-Year Warranty
Your Bohindi jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost jewelry.
- Missing beads, gemstones, charms, chains, clasps, or other components. Once a piece or component is lost, it cannot be replaced under warranty. Replacement components or a new piece may be purchased at the current retail price.
- Damage caused by pulling, snagging, stretching, excessive force, accidental damage, misuse, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, tarnishing, stretched elastic, worn cords, or natural aging of materials.
- Jewelry that has been repaired, resized, or altered by a third-party jeweler.
- Purchases made through unauthorized retailers or resellers.
- International orders, which are not eligible for warranty coverage or repair services at this time.
Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide complimentary warranty service.
Permanent Jewelry Care & Warranty
We want you to love your permanent jewelry and enjoy it for as long as possible. Please understand that permanent jewelry is not indestructible. “Permanent” refers to the way the jewelry is designed to be worn continuously without a traditional clasp, it does not mean that the chain cannot break or become damaged.
Your bracelet is delicate jewelry and can be affected by everyday activities. Pulling, snagging, catching the bracelet on clothing or objects, stretching, excessive force, or repeated tension can cause the chain to stretch, weaken, or break. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, it still requires reasonable care.
Our 30-Day Weld Guarantee
- Your permanent jewelry is covered by a 30-day guarantee on the weld from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
- This guarantee applies only to permanent jewelry purchased from Bohindi. We do not guarantee, warranty, or assume responsibility for jewelry purchased from other vendors.
- Our welding service and 30-day weld guarantee do not cover jewelry from other vendors, even if the jewelry is brought to Bohindi for welding or re-welding.
- If you need an adjustment to the fit of your bracelet, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Adjustments are available within this 30-day period and are subject to the condition of the original chain.
- Within the 30-day guarantee period, we will assess the jewelry to determine whether the weld has failed and whether the original chain is in suitable condition for re-welding.
- If the weld has failed and the chain is still in good, reusable condition, we will re-weld it at no charge.
- The guarantee does not cover chain damage caused by pulling, snagging, stretching, excessive force, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- If the chain itself is stretched or damaged beyond repair, a complimentary replacement is not guaranteed.
- After the 30-day guarantee period, re-welding may be available for a $25 service fee if the chain is in suitable condition.
- If the chain is damaged beyond repair or a replacement is desired, a new bracelet may be purchased at the current retail price.
- Lost jewelry is not covered under our guarantee.
- Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide complimentary warranty service.
Please Keep in Mind
Permanent jewelry is intended to be durable and worn every day, but it is not indestructible. The chain is designed to have a breaking point so that it can release if it becomes caught or pulled, which can help prevent injury. We encourage you to treat your permanent jewelry with the same care you would give any fine jewelry.

Our jewelry is intended to be worn and enjoyed every day, but no jewelry is indestructible. Everyday activities can place stress on gemstones, elastic, chains, clasps, and other components. We encourage you to remove your jewelry during strenuous activity, heavy lifting, swimming, showering, sleeping, or when using chemicals or lotions to help preserve its beauty and longevity.
By purchasing Bohindi jewelry, you acknowledge that you understand the handcrafted nature of each piece and that damage resulting from normal wear, stretching, pulling, snagging, accidental force, misuse, or missing components is not considered a warranty issue.
