How long until my items arrive?
All ready made jewelry pieces will be processed and shipped within two to three business days and all made to order jewelry will take 10-12 business days to complete. All bridal headpieces take 3-4 weeks for production prior to shipping. If you need to expedite your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard shipping is USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.

First class international can take 2-6 weeks for delivery, depending on customs. USPS does not provide a tracking number. You will receive a "customs declaration" receipt number for confirmation. If you need a tracking number for international shipping, an upgrade is required. Please email email@example.com for rates.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to an Ohio address.
My package was damaged upon arrival, what should I do?
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
My package hasn't arrived but the tracking # says it's been delivered?
Please contact your local post office as we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.
