HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

2-6 business days for made to order jewelry currently listed (most items ship within 3 business days)

1-2 weeks for custom order jewelry

1-2 weeks for wholesale orders

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Standard shipping is USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.

         USPS First Class: 3-5 business days (standard)

         USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days 

         USPS Express Mail 1-2 business days (overnight)

First class international  can take 2-6 weeks  for delivery, depending on customs. USPS does not provide a tracking number. You will receive a "customs declaration" receipt number for confirmation.  If you need a tracking number for international shipping, an upgrade is required. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to an Ohio address.

 

MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

 

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED BUT THE TRACKING # SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED ? 

Please contact your local post office as we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. 

 

  • WARRANTY & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Shipped worldwide the BOHINDI brand presents collections of mindful and intentional designed accessories and wellness essentials. We suggest you take the following steps to best care for your BOHINDI jewelry and accessories.

    JEWELLERY
    BOHINDI jewelry is hand made - the metal components we use are either sterling silver, pewter or brass & are all hand plated with a 14k or 24k gold finish. All earring hooks and posts are nickel free. This includes the sterling silver and gold filled earring hooks. We are mindful when sourcing our components and always purchase nickel free, however, even though all cautions are taken, we advise that traces of nickel may be found in our jewelry.

    Always keep your BOHINDI jewelry stored in a safe place. Be sure to remove your jewelry before showering or swimming. Please be mindful when wearing your jewelry, as most pieces are delicate. Damage from careless wear is not the responsibility of BOHINDI

    EMBELLISHED PRODUCTS
    BOHINDI jewelry is made by hand, therefore, each piece will vary slightly. Please take special care of embellished pieces & refrain from getting perfume, moisturizer or hairspray on them.

    WARRANTY
    Each BOHINDI product is carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a hand made process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all BOHINDI pieces from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and at our discretion we will replace or repair your damaged product.
